Not a side-deck. Real code, real copy, real design — touched by tens of thousands of users.
Take extreme ownership
Own a segment of Iris end-to-end and ship it to real users. Your call, your code, your launch — real people hit it the day you push.
Compound forever-skills
Claude, GPT, Qwen, agents, vector retrieval, multi-modal pipelines. Three months here = a skillset that compounds for a decade.
